Contract Customer Service (SAP/LC) – Ref: NSJ



  • Ensuring Contact to Cash Order processes in an accurate and timely manner
  • Coordinate with the Global and APAC Supply Chain team on plant/stock point on shipping and any issues related shipping.
  • Effectively communicating with various internal and external customers in APAC and globally.
  • Understanding of customers’ requirements and RT order process and establishing a win-win outcome to ensure smooth delivery of products to provide excellent services to customers and distributors.
  • Ensuring all LC / Shipping document submission to bank or customers with zero discrepancy within 5 working days
  • Involve in Business Improvement projects
