Clinic Assistant/Patient Service Associate (Office Hours, 5 days, Temp/Perm)

Description


We are looking/hiring for Clinic Assistant(s)/Patient Service Associate(s) to be outsourced to our client’s place.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Appointment booking for patients
  • Patient registration and billing
  • Packing of medicine
  • Cashiering duties
  • Assist doctors and handle case notes
  • Attend to the patient’s enquiries

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Diploma
  • No experience required as on-the-job training is provided
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months for Temp roles
