Admin Assistant *(3-6 months contract, Healthcare)*

Description

We are looking for Admin Assistants to be outsourced to our client’s place!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist in photocopying and scanning of materials
  • Data entry for posting records and posting assessments
  • File documents related to P-Files
  • Data collection and maintenance
  • Assist in analysing reports on pilot projects
  • Other admin duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum A level /Diploma in any discipline
  • Must be able to commence work within a short notice period /immediately.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
