Immediate Front Desk Officer @ Yacht Club $2200 (REF: TSNC)

Description

Job description:
• Execute full reception operation including daily opening and closing of business
• Attend to all walk-ins, incoming calls and emails on enquires, complaints and feedbacks
• Assist in collection of payment in relation to yacht charter, sale of merchandise and carpark passes
• Assist and coordinate with the relevant department on requests from customers and members, e.g., buggy services
• Assist in administrative matters

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service / front desk officer roles
• Punctual and good attendance at work
• Knowledge of office management and bookkeeping
• Proficient in English (Oral and Written)
• Strong communication and people skill with minimum supervision
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Problem solving skill


Working Hours :

On roster basis with 2 days off, total working hours will be 44 hours per week.

Operating hours (Closed on Sundays) 

Monday – Saturday:

  • Shift 1: 0900 – 1800
  • Shift 2: 1100 – 2000
  • Shift 3: 1000 – 1800
